Guadua
As I have stated before Guadua Is one of the primary materials, because it durability and and low impact on the environment, there are 34 species of Guadua recognize, but there are more yet to be studied, each of the species is use in different utilities, and there's only one that has been categorized as a vegetable some of this species are: Guadua amplexifolia, Guadua angustifolia, Guadua chacoensis, Guadua glomerata, and Guadua paniculat. One of the most known species is Guadua Angutifolia know for his large stem up to 30 meters. In Colombia there are 4 biotypes of Guadua angustifolia are also known: Cebolla, Macana, Castilla, and Cotuda.
For my project I will be using this 4 types of Guadua Angustifolia, Than can be found in my destinated location. as well I will be implementing different construction techniques to use this.
I as well would be using wood to create the base of the construction and the walls as well or past of the walls as I would be using the Bahareque technique to add the walls or I would be using it if needed for the windows or doors it is called Abarco (Cariniana pyriformis) a south American native wood, its mainly know for it durability and strength, it resist moisture very well but sometimes it can be hard to managed do to its density.
