Development - Concept

On this post I will be explaining my two ideas and how I developed them in sketches. first I develop more ideas with the help of an IA generator, using the words that were similar to what I wanted to have as a design for example I used 'mid century design' and 'sustainable house for 4' and added the garden and the parking lot to the intriuctions, the imeges were really accurate and I desided to use this two.

At first, I like the wood materials the second image uses so that is the main reason why I chose it. The first image has a completely different design and concept from the other image but I still liked that it made a contrast between them. After choosing the images, I then made a new sketch using the structural design of both houses. 

I did change some things in the original photo. For starters, it does not have a pool, and it is all without stairs, and there is no swimming pool on the front, just the parking lot. There is a space for the garden and a playing area for the kids. I will be making my decision on which of the two designs I will continue developing and making a final concept drawing. 

In this design I did not change as much do to the fact that it looked similar to the first concept idea I had just that it used the light resources better by having more windows something that I wanted to add to my final design but did not really know how to develop it as good as the IA made it.

In what I consider my final design, I changed the stairs and the balcony, as I thought it would give flexibility to the space.
