Initial sketches

In this post, I  will be explaining my initial sketch for the moment is only one definitive design I have in mind 

As I explained in my other post, I will be combining my sketch and the AI-generated image to have a clear view of my design. 

For this I creared a basic floor plan I have to develop more, it will consist on two floors and the firts floor would only have facilityes for the parents, like the bedroom and bathroom, the first room will have the rest but because the first room will only be available on the right side of the house ( this will be divided on bloks) the main idea is to have the parking lot on front, and the garden as well and depending on the site and location this could be changed. I could add a playground outside, depending on the ages of the children.

I will be working more on the concept and design of the house. But overall it would use wood and glass, this to have as much natural light as possible, and the windows with be placed strategically so that the fresh air can circulate through the space.

This is a 3d sketch I made of my initial sketch and Ideas as experimentation to understand the space relation and design that it could have, as well as how it would look as a 3d outcome. Even though the perspective is a bit odd, it helps generate the idea I was trying to visualise.
