Design Boards Design & Feedback

For this post, I will be developing my portfolio pages in terms of design and basic outline, to see what my design boards will look like. First, I started by selecting a template using Canva. I chose one with light colours as it will be easier to read, and the font was also readable. I chose to implement a neutral light colour, as it would make my outcomes stand out more.

For my initial board I added the name of my project, my name, and the year of my project, I wanted to add more than just a  colour to the font page so I added and image of my final outcome in black and white so that the colours of the plants weren't distracting. and a border to make the image more full.

Concept board in development

For my concept board, I added the final drawing and started to write a summary about the project, the design, the aim, the goals and objectives this project had. As an introduction to the project so that the viewer has an idea of what to expect and things that are applied in the project and the reason they are applied.

As well as the other half of the class, each of us had to discuss with a partner what where the thinks that we could add and change or improve, my partner suggested that I could add the design of the cover to the rest of the boards I contemplate this idea but I consider it to be distraction from the outcomes or the text displayed.

Site plan in development

I also added my Site plan to my design board but I still need to complete it with more information.
